PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for assisting in the oversite of the management, operation, and maintenance of the golf course to ensure optimal playing conditions. This includes leading the agronomy team, managing turfgrass, maintaining the landscape, and ensuring that all environmental and safety regulations are met. The Assistant Superintendent coordinates projects and assists the Superintendent in ensuring the course is ready for daily play, tournaments, and special events.
