Assistant Superintendent:  Watertown Country Club (managed by Oliphant Golf Management)

Oliphant Golf Management (OGM) is seeking a hard-working, results oriented Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our team in Watertown, WI at Watertown Country Club.  Under the direction and supervision of the Head Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent will lead small groups to achieve optimal golf course conditions in a teamwork-driven atmosphere.  This position offers opportunities to grow in your career while maintaining an 18 hole golf course.  Watertown CC is a beautiful private golf course, providing an opportunity for an Assistant Superintendent to bolster their skills and professional experience.

The successful Assistant Superintendent will assist the Superintendent with fertilizer and chemical applications, bunker maintenance, irrigation, and crew/project management.  Our team members consistently reflect a friendly, confident, professional demeanor that provides a safe and healthy work environment.   A Wisconsin commercial pesticide applicator’s license and golf maintenance experience/education are preferred.
