SandSave is a patented, active bunker-drainage system designed to eliminate standing water in sand traps without full bunker reconstruction. Installed in hours rather than weeks, SandSave provides golf courses with a practical, cost-effective solution to persistent bunker drainage failures.
With multiple successful pilot installations completed, SandSave is expanding regionally and seeking experienced golf-industry professionals to lead market development efforts in select regions. We have openings in Western PA/Eastern Ohio and Northeast Florida.
Very attractive commission plan as well as an option plan to earn equity.
Responsibilities
- Identify golf courses experiencing chronic bunker drainage issues
• Conduct on-site evaluations and recommend pilot installations
• Assist with simple field installations as needed
• Build relationships with superintendents, architects, and ownership groups
• Represent SandSave at demonstrations and industry events
• Provide field feedback to support product refinement

Preferred Background
- Current or former superintendent or assistant superintendent, OR turf/golf industry sales professional with extensive contacts within your region
• Working knowledge of bunker construction, drainage, and soils
• Strong communication skills and professional credibility
• Comfortable with hands-on, field-based work
