Isleworth Golf and Country Club is an 18-hole private facility located outside of Orlando Florida. We are number 26 in the world on the Platinum Clubs of the World list. Home to many PGA, LPGA, and Senior Tour members, we pride ourselves in providing tournament conditions on a daily basis. We are currently in the process of replacing 90%of our equipment fleet. I
Summary:
We are currently searching for a Landscape Superintendent to handle all aspects of our Golf Course Landscaping. Areas of concentration include but are not limited to management of trimming, edging, mowing, spraying, installation of flowers/plants, irrigation repairs, fertilizer applications, etc.
Essential:
1) 3-5 years of experience in commercial landscaping
2) Strong working knowledge of plant materials, irrigation, chemical uses and applications and turf management
3) Ability to manage multiple tasks and team members
4) Ability to promote a positive work environment and strong team leadership
5) Ability to work early mornings and some weekends/holidays.
6) Attention to detail
7) Ability to organize and delegate job duties and needed resources
8) Valid Driver’s License
9) Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Desirable:
1) Experience with procurement of product and materials
2) Working knowledge of all equipment used in daily maintenance
