Position Summary The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent plays a key leadership role in supporting the overall agronomic direction and daily maintenance operations of Brigantine Golf Links, which is undergoing a transformational, multi-million-dollar redevelopment. With the City of Brigantine investing tens of millions of dollars into major course enhancements—including all-new cart paths, a state-of-the-art 18-hole irrigation system (with 9 holes completed and 9 more scheduled for completion in early 2026), and the construction of a new country club—the Assistant Superintendent will be instrumental in helping to prepare the course for its re-launch and upcoming 100th anniversary in 2027.
