General Expectations Assist in planning and supervising the maintenance of the golf course. Schedule work and supervise daily work assignments for crew members. Instruct/Supervise equipment operation and mowing practices. Participate in pesticide applications and calibrate pesticide application equipment. Participate in daily operation/maintenance of irrigation system and pump station. Assist in personnel management, employee safety, and personnel discipline. Contribute to a positive work environment for all FHCC employees.
