This position will assist in the planning and execution of the golf course maintenance program in a capacity that will prepare the Assistant-In-Training with the necessary skills to become a successful 1st Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. The individual will receive experience in all aspects of golf course maintenance and integrated plant management. The Assistant-In-Training will be provided an opportunity to learn and develop as a golf course manager at their own pace under the mentorship of the Director of Agronomy, Head Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent(s).  Responsibilities of the Assistant in Training position include: Assists with the planning, directing and participation of the golf course maintenance program
