Shadow Valley is an 18-hole private golf club within a 540 acre gated community in Rogers, Arkansas. The course plays throughout rolling terrain enclosed with trees and water features creating challenging microclimates. The club has a thriving and young membership providing the means for continual improvements to golf course and clubhouse grounds.  Shadow Valley Country Club is committed to providing exception playing conditions year-round. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, ability to prioritize expectations of facilities, a deep understanding of turfgrass management, and the ability to motivate and inspire a large team to achieve excellence.
