The Director of Grounds is responsible for the daily and long-term care of the Club’s courts, landscaped grounds, and surrounding facilities. This role requires both leadership and active, hands-on involvement in turf management, court preparation, irrigation, equipment maintenance, and seasonal operations. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence that enhances the member experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee and directly participate in the maintenance of all tennis court surfaces, including grooming, rolling, mowing, aerating, topdressing, and line installation.
