The Assistant Superintendent supports the Golf Course Superintendent in all aspects of golf course maintenance and operations, with a primary focus on supervising the grounds crew and ensuring superb, fair, and challenging course conditions.  This role also acts as Superintendent in their absence and represents the course in the community, fostering strong relationships with staff, members, and local partners.  This position also provides the potential to take over as the Superintendent within 3-5 years.   Responsibilities: Direct and supervise the daily tasks of the maintenance team, including irrigation techs
