As an Assistant Superintendent, you will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent to ensure the course is in top condition. You will be responsible for reporting back daily and informing him of any issues. Other responsibilities will include overseeing and participating in daily maintenance tasks, supervising grounds crew workers to ensure quality work. In addition, you will help with project managing, budgeting, staff training, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
