St. Andrews Country Club, located in Boca Raton Florida is seeking an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to assist with the overseeing of the maintenance and operations of one of its two championship 18-hole golf courses and associated practice facilities. This hands-on leader will supervise a crew of 15–25 employees and work closely with the Superintendent and Director of Golf Course Maintenance to ensure daily conditioning and presentation meet the highest standards. The Assistant will contribute to team-wide success by assisting with operations on either golf course as needed and supporting large-scale projects including the upcoming Palmer Course renovation, lake bank restoration, and the construction of a new Agronomy Center.
