We are seeking a short-term assistant to join our team from Sept. 1 to Nov. 28, 2025, in Jamaica to support the Fall Greens Program. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the implementation of preventative greens applications across our golf course. As a Fall Greens Program Assistant, you will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure the greens are maintained at the highest standard. Responsibilities include assisting in the planning, scheduling, and application of treatments, as well as monitoring and evaluating the health of the greens. The ideal candidate will have a passion for turf management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
As an Assistant, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of maintaining the golf course, gaining valuable hands-on experience in turf care.
