Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone and
- Provide expert advice on CTI products to turfgrass
- Resolve product and service issues by clarifying complaints, determining root causes, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure complete customer
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and
- Collaborate with the Operations and Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers and dealer personnel about new products, seasonal recommendations, and best practices for CTI products in turf management.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the proper company management when
- Support warranty claims and returns in accordance with company
- Attend trade shows, turf field days, and professional training courses as
- Maintain a calm demeanor and work within company policy in harmony with other departments and employees.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Two-year Associate or 4 year Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Works well with others and is willing to help other people wherever possible
- Honest, conscientious, self-starter with career minded ambition for long-term employment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to
- Comfortable basic computer applications. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred:
- Formal turf or agronomic training and/or
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or other business
- 5-7 years demonstrable knowledge and experience regarding soil and golf course
- Sales and/or management experience in the turf
- Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a

This position will be, in person, located in Wilmington, NC and act as the front line for customer inquiries, offering technical guidance on CTI products, maintenance practices, order entry, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone and
- Provide expert advice on CTI products to turfgrass
- Resolve product and service issues by clarifying complaints, determining root causes, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure complete customer
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and
- Collaborate with the Operations and Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
