Our team thrives on professionalism, innovation, and a shared passion for the game. We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Superintendent to support the Golf Course Superintendent in overseeing daily maintenance operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring our courses remain in pristine condition, meeting the expectations of our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing daily maintenance activities, including mowing, fertilization, irrigation, and pest control.

• Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

• Monitor turf health and implement agronomic programs to promote optimal playing conditions.

• Manage irrigation systems, including scheduling and troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with the Superintendent on budgetary planning and resource allocation.

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and club policies.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in golf course maintenance, with supervisory responsibilities.

• Proficient in operating and maintaining turf equipment and irrigation systems.

• Strong understanding of agronomic practices and pest management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
