IMA Brookwood Golf Course is seeking a Golf Course Superintendent starting late 2025 or early 2026. Our current Superintendent is retiring after 36 years with our company; 31 as our Superintendent. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated and a “hands-on’ Superintendent that leads by example. You should be easy to work with and pleasant to be around. You should be able to accomplish all tasks with no supervision. Basically, if you have the course in good shape and/or continuously improve conditions within budget; you will have very little interaction with DOO and Board of Directors.  If you take pride in your work and value not having to spend much time with ownership or members, this is a great position to apply for.
