Description Essential Functions The essential functions of the Equipment Manager include, but are not limited to:• Communicate daily with the Superintendent and Assistants regarding equipment availability, repairs, and scheduling.• Maintain entire fleet of golf course and landscape maintenance equipment.• Assist in other property related equipment repair and maintenance (golf cart fleet, beverage cart, landscape trucks, etc...)• Develop, implement, and document a preventative maintenance program for all equipment.• Perform all preventative main
