We are seeking an individual with a can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for agronomy to join our team as an Assistant Superintendent. This individual must posess the desire to become a superintendent and eventually a Director of Agronomy. As part of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of all aspects of the operation, including turf care, pesticide application, irrigation, budget management, and leading a team of dedicated staff members. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone who is willing to work hard, learn, and grow in their career while contributing to the overall success and beauty of our facility.
The ideal candidate will have a background in agronomy, turf management, or a related field, along with strong leadership skills and a desire to take on increasing levels of responsibility. Additionally, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to promoting a positive work environment are essential for success in this role. As an Assistant Superintendent, you will work closely with the Director of Agronomy and other department heads to ensure the highest standards of course maintenance and member satisfaction are consistently met.
