The Role: Architect of Excellence

As Director of Agronomy, you’ll lead all turfgrass operations for:

• Our 20-hole Rees Jones Signature Course
• Our 9-hole Osprey Course
• Practice areas and the wider grounds of our one-of-a-kind island setting

You’ll oversee all agronomic strategy, day-to-day operations, budget planning, and team development. Your voice will be central in shaping Haig Point’s renaissance—from soil to soul.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Degree in Turfgrass Management or related field
  (Associate's or Bachelor's required)
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience at premier golf facilities
• Strong technical knowledge in turf health, irrigation, and pest management
• Skilled in budget development, staff training, and long-term planning
• Valid South Carolina pesticide license (or ability to obtain)
• South Carolina Driver’s License
• Bonus: Spanish fluency and GCSAA Class A certification
