The Club at Pasadera is the only Nicklaus design on the Monterey Peninsula. An extremely fun course to play with several water features and elevation changes. We provide an enjoyable and fun work environment where the entire team gets along well and we all work together to provide our members and guests with exceptional playing conditions. Your input is valued and you will be exposed to all duties related to golf course maintenance. Anything you would like to learn you will be trained on as our goal is to prepare you for the next step and being comfortable operating all equipment and understanding fert and chem applications and calibrations. We also value your personal time and want you to enjoy all the activities the Monterey Peninsula has to offer. Weather on the peninsula is some of the best you will find year round anywhere in the world. Some of the best courses on the planet are here and there is opportunity to work the ATT at Pebble Beach to gain tournament experience. We also have several staff that play golf. Golfing is encouraged as we want you to enjoy the course and offer input based on playability.
