As an Equipment Manager, you will play a vital role in the maintenance and management of all equipment related to golf course operations. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the maintenance, repair, and inventory control of all equipment, ensuring the timely completion of all maintenance tasks, and collaborating with the Golf course Superintendent to develop and implement maintenance schedules. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ordering necessary parts and supplies in a timely manner to minimize downtime. The Equipment Manager will also assist in the training and supervision of equipment operators to ensure safe and efficient usage of all equipment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the grounds crew and management to ensure the highest standards of equipment performance and course presentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in equipment maintenance and repair
• Strong knowledge of turf equipment and machinery
