City of Colorado Springs In this position, you will have a true business focus on the operation of the Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services’ Golf Enterprise which includes Patty Jewett and Valley Hi Golf Courses. Striving for high quality playing conditions and excellent customer service, this position will focus on key business components including financial analysis and fee administration, capital investment in facilities and infrastructure, management of staff and contractors, and oversight of all maintenance activities for both structures and grounds.
