Travis Club, a brand-new, private golf and lake community nestled in the breathtaking hills of Austin, Texas is seeking a passionate and experienced Golf Course Equipment Manager to join our founding team.
This is not your typical equipment manager role. This is your chance to leave your mark from the very beginning to craft and lead a world-class equipment maintenance program from scratch, all while surrounded by sweeping lake views, rolling terrain, and a team fueled by vision and purpose.

Create and Lead From Day One: You’ll spearhead the development of our entire equipment program, from shop setup to system implementation.

What You’ll Do:
Build a top-tier equipment maintenance program from the ground up.
Oversee the organization and layout of a brand-new maintenance compound.
Lead training and development of a growing staff (24 and expanding).
Implement preventative maintenance systems and optimize equipment performance.
Support the course grow-in process and transition into ongoing championship-level operations.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Agronomy and Assistant Superintendent to bring the vision of Travis Club to life.

Initial Priorities:

What You Bring:
4–7+ years of experience as an Equipment Manager
Deep knowledge of equipment diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
Proven leadership and training capabilities
Strong understanding of reel grinding, preventative maintenance, and equipment software
(Bonus) Certifications in diesel/automotive repair
Compensation & Benefits:
$115,000+, depending on experience
