Baltusrol Golf Club is a 36-hole facility located in Springfield, NJ. The club was founded in 1895 and has gone under numerous renovations to establish 2, Top 100 golf courses in the Lower and Upper Course. Baltusrol is well-known for providing and exceeding membership expectations for tournament conditions daily. Baltusrol has hosted 16 USGA National Championships, the 2005 and 2016 PGA Championship and most recently the 2023 Women’s KPMG Championship. Baltusrol is slated to host the 2029 PGA Championship. Baltusrol Golf Club restored the Lower Course in 2020 and has restored the Upper Course in 2024, which is set to open back up early 2025.

Baltusrol Golf Club grounds department is seeking hardworking, self-motivated individuals that are eager to advance their career in the golf course industry. The Senior Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Director of Grounds, Superintendents and Assistants to facilitate and execute all operations necessary to maintain 2, Top 100 golf courses. The Senior Assistant Superintendent will lead/assist in but not limited to; daily crew assignments, course setup, intensive water management of playing surfaces, monitoring and applying chemical applications, small-scale projects and all other agronomic practices necessary to maintain championship conditions. Baltusrol Golf Club’s restored Upper & Lower golf courses contain USGA greens and Precision Aire units, new irrigation systems, drainage, bunkers, and tee complexes. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be a part of the completion of an immense master plan restoration.
