We are currently seeking a Golf Course Superintendent to join our team for a seasonal position. The Golf Course Superintendent reports directly to the owners and is responsible for all maintenance hiring, and the day to day operations of his department to include training. He will also work closely with ownership in acquiring any equipment and supplies necessary in order to make the customer and members experience as enjoyable as possible. Other details include:
- Keeping accurate records on inventory, maintenance procedures, pesticide applications, and fuel usage.
- Communicating with other department heads and ownership on a regular basis on all maintenance plans, both short and long term, and by sharing and being receptive any customer concerns or input.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have advanced knowledge of Agronomy and Turf Grass Management practices.
Must be licensed by the State of Michigan to apply all pesticides.
Must have valid drivers license.
Prefer at least three years experience as a superintendent.
Must be determined and committed to providing an excellent customer experience.
