The Golf Course Maintenance team at Pine Tree Golf Club is seeking a passionate, career-driven, self-motivated, detail-oriented turf professional who takes pride in preparing a championship-caliber golf course experience for our membership and guests. Whether it may be project-related, an agronomic process, or preparing for a Member-Guest tournament, the Assistant-In-Training will work closely with the Director of Agronomy, Superintendent, and other management team members to develop short and long-term goals and plans to be completed within the operation. Primary responsibilities will include course set-up, precise application of plant protectants and fertilizers, moisture management, equipment operation, and small crew leadership. Problem-solving and providing solutions to challenges that the team faces will also be a responsibility.
Pine Tree Golf Club has a continued their relationship with golf course architect Ron Forse and is planning for a full course restoration in the summer 2026 of the Dick Wilson original designed golf course. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the restoration including the planning, building, and grow-in phases of the project.
