Position Summary:  Makes major and minor mechanical repairs on a variety of gasoline and diesel-powered equipment.  Directs the work of the assistant equipment technicians.  Assists with leading, managing, training, developing and coaching the assistant equipment technicians.  Assist and train the golf course maintenance staff in operating the maintenance equipment correctly and safely.
