Nashawtuc Country Club is currently looking to hire summer interns for the 2025 season. This position is designed to expose candidates to the daily responsibilities of an Assistant Superintendent, while working alongside our team of Assistants and Superintendent. Our goal of this internship is to help you obtain the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful in the golf course industry.
Duties:
Water management
Project management
Course set up
Fertilizing (calibration and application)
Crew management (training and leading)
Equipment operation
The ideal candidate is hard-working, punctual, and willing and eager to learn. These attributes paired with our team of strong leaders will allow you to make your internship at NCC a valuable experience.
Currently enrolled in college with a Turf Management or related major.

Recognized as one of the finest in the area, the par 72 golf course at Nashawtuc was recently renovated by Rees Jones, Jr. and maintains a reputation for pristine course conditions and immaculately manicured greens.
