Position Overview
Field level oversight of turf maintenance program (500+ clients) with up to 4 employees performing turf fertilization, weed control, IPM, and soil care in residential and commercial lawns.
Duties
Properly identify and diagnose insects, weeds, fungus conditions and pest prone areas.
Communicate with and educate clients regarding the diagnosis and prescribed pest control and fertilizations treatments.
Continuously monitor turf health and communicate progress to client and supervisors.
Drive, use, maintain, and properly operate equipment.
Preferred: Background in Turf, Arboriculture, Forestry or landscaping
Ability to complete the Davey Tree First Aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire
