Shooting Star, a Golf Digest Top 100 Tom Fazio designed 18-hole private facility, opened for play in 2009. The course is located at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Ski Resort, one mile from Grand Teton National Park, and boasts one of the most breathtaking mountain backdrops in the world. The golf season is Mid-May through Mid-October with an elite 15 KM Nordic/Cross-Country ski course maintained from December through April.  The Seasonal Intern(s) at Shooting Star will be a hands-on and active position involved in all aspects of Golf Course Maintenance. Interns work directly under the Assistant Superintendents and Golf Course Manager. The duration of Internships are 3-7 months within the timeframe of April-October.
