The Assistant Superintendent reports directly to the Golf Course Superintendent and works closely under their guidance to maintain the golf course and practice facilities. This position serves as a versatile team member, involved in all aspects of course maintenance, ensuring both the aesthetic appeal and optimal playing conditions are consistently met. The Assistant Superintendent will be actively engaged in hiring, onboarding, and managing the maintenance team, as well as training new staff to uphold the standards of Point Roberts Golf & Country Club.
