Wyndemere Country Club, a private 27-hole country club located in beautiful Naples, FL, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Superintendent to help take Wyndemere CC to the next level. As an Assistant Superintendent, you will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and other Assistant Superintendents to ensure our course meets the highest standards. Your efforts will directly contribute to providing our members and guests with an exceptional golfing experience. Qualifications and Expectations

We are seeking a candidate with:

• Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of experience working on a golf course, with a proven ability to maintain turfgrass at the highest level and effectively train staff to perform tasks with excellence.
• Leadership Skills: A hands-on leader who can inspire, mentor, and guide the team toward achieving shared goals. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Commitment to Excellence: A strong desire to excel in the golf course industry and a sense of ownership in this position. You should be dedicated to providing the best possible golfing experience for our members and guests every day.
• Proactive Approach: The ability to follow instructions while also identifying and completing necessary tasks independently.

This position is physically and mentally demanding but offers exceptional preparation for becoming a Golf Course Superintendent.

Required Licenses and Skills

• Must have or obtain a Florida Restricted Use Pesticide (RUP) license within 90 days of employment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A hands-on leadership style and strong work ethic.

Wyndemere Country Club’s founding father, Gerald Livingston, envisioned a community unlike any other in Southwest Florida.
