A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE INTERN
As a Golf Course Maintenance Intern, you have the opportunity to be involved in every facet of the golf course maintenance team. In a hands-on learning environment, your complete tasks such as course set up, spray application/calibration, moisture management, irrigation repair and maintenance, and operation of all equipment. You also have the opportunity to spend time in the mechanic's shop learning how to set mower heights, grind reels, change oil, and general repair and maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in or plan to enroll in a 2 or 4-year Turfgrass Management program.
Do you have great attention to detail? Are you a self-motivated person who loves learning new skills? Do you enjoy landscaping and being outside? Are you attentive to safety? If so, you may be perfect for this internship!
WORK SCHEDULE
This summer position works weekdays, every other weekend or every weekend.
