Dedham Country and Polo Club is seeking to hire a 2nd Assistant/Spray Tech. to join the existing grounds management staff. The successful candidate will work alongside the Superintendent and the existing Assistant Superintendents to manage all facets of the operation, and possess the desire to grow within the organization to ultimately fulfill their goal of becoming a Golf Course Superintendent.  DCPC boasts a rich history in golf as well as its polo, shooting, racquets, hockey and aquatics programs, which are all well used by the membership.
