One of the core responsibilities includes crew management, where the senior assistant superintendent will oversee and guide the team in daily tasks to maintain the course's pristine condition. Additionally, the role involves managing nutrient and chemical applications to promote healthy turf growth and sustainability. Water management is another important aspect of the job, requiring the candidate to monitor irrigation systems and ensure efficient water usage. Project management is also a key part of the role, involving planning and executing various course improvement projects.
