Working closely with the Golf Course Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent directs and participates in the maintenance of the golf course greens, tees, fairways and all other features of the golf course and grounds. The Assistant Superintendent may serve in the Golf Course Superintendent's capacity during his absence.  Bellewood Country Club is a private 18-hole club built in 1998 with pool facility in Pottstown, PA. The course features bentgrass greens, tees and fairways along with about 36 acres of fine fescue. The Superintendent, being a long-term Assistant himself, understands the challenges and goals of many Assistant Superintendents and will work closely with the new Assistant to help achieve his/her career goals.
