SENSEI PORCUPINE CREEK is seeking a hard-working individual with an attention to detail for an Assistant-In-Training (AIT) position. This role is intended to develop the AIT into a well-rounded turf professional. The candidate will work directly with the golf course maintenance management team in planning and conducting daily course maintenance and developing new maintenance processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following: Irrigation management Pesticide and fertilizer application Assisting in maintenance planning Daily course set-up and equipment operation Instruct and train staff in safe equipment use, proper maintenance, and required safety supplies
