The Country Club of Detroit is a HS Colt/CH Allison original design from 1912 that has played host to (2) US Amateur Championships, and has recently successfully hosted the 2021 US Senior Amateur Championship. The most recent architectural imprint on the property today is with Renaissance Design, who completed a large scale renovation in 2010-2011 with complete reconstruction of all greens & tees, as well as re-grassing of fairways & renovating bunkers. A large scale tree management program was initiated at this time as well. Their design has brought bac
