The annual salary will be paid weekly with the potential to earn a performance based, year-end bonus.

This position will be exposed to all aspects of managing our golf course and the encompassing property. We are seeking a responsible candidate that has ambition to grow professionally while working with a seasoned superintendent. An understanding of staff and project management will be necessary. Delegating and running day to day operations while overseeing the efficiency of staff work production will be a primary part of the work day. The right candidate should also poses an understanding and have the ability to communicate at a high level with all club staff, department heads, general manager, golf professional and staff, club executives, members and their guests. The club will be renovating all bunkers on the golf course and practice area, rebuilding two tee complexes and one green complex starting in late October.

2-3 years golf course experience is required. A core of basic golf course maintenance knowledge is also required, such as; course set-up, cultural practices, watering practices, irrigation repair, pesticide and fertilizer mixing and application. Minimum of a certificate in golf turf management from an accredited University is required and/or a college degree of any kind with multiple years of golf course work experience is acceptable.
