The Assistant Superintendent works closely with the Superintendent to maintain the course at a high standard and provide an exceptional experience for golfers. Responsibilities include supervising the maintenance crew, developing and implementing maintenance plans, monitoring turf conditions, and assisting with budget management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of turf management practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Superintendent must also stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize course conditions for play.
