Grove XXIII is a very unique private 18 hole Club located in Hobe Sound, Florida. The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent reports directly to the Grounds Superintendent and the Lead Assistant Superintendent. The Assistant Superintendent supports in the management of the health and playing conditions of the golf course and surrounding landscape. The Assistant Superintendent helps to plan and prioritize work schedules, maintains accurate records, trains, and develops the staff and communicates within the golf course management department and club. Participates in the operation and management of pump station, irrigation, and drainage systems. Scouts the golf course for potential problems and reports findings to the Grounds Superintendent and the Lead Assistant.
