Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the golf course superintendent and assistants with daily planning and scheduling
- Learn how to manage and install Toro irrigation
- Assist with pesticide and fertilizer applications
- Learn how to properly calibrate fertilizer spreaders and sprayers
- Learn how to establish a sound fertilizer and pesticide program
- Monitor golf course playing conditions including greens moisture management
- Assist with golf course set-up, projects, and all other facets of the golf course operation
Job Requirements:
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and dedicated to the golf industry
- Willing to work as a team in an organized, high paced environment
- Ability to listen and efficiently complete assigned tasks
- Ability to multi-task while closely monitoring daily operations
- Ability to prioritize and adjust to ever changing conditions
- Prefer a minimum commitment of 1-year +
