In addition, this person possesses leadership, employee development, and teambuilding skills. The successful candidate has a proven track record of being organized along with an ability to understand and embrace the Club operation; this is paramount.

Job Summary:
The Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance and operational efficiency of Vicmead Hunt Club and Bidermann Golf Course facilities. This role includes managing buildings, grounds, equipment, and coordinating with department managers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional member service.

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering technology, HVAC technology, or equivalent technical education and/or experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to sit, stand, use hands to handle, feel, or reach.
Ability to walk, run, twist, stoop, kneel, climb ladders, crouch or crawl.
Must regularly lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
Work flexible hours based on Club needs, including evenings, weekends, and rotational holiday schedule.
Annual seasonality requires the ability and willingness to work in a variety of environmental settings which include extreme cold or heat.
Currently holds or is willing to obtain the following certifications (Club to support related expenses) immediately: Pool operator, Approved Sampler & Testing (AST), First Aid/CPR/AED & bloodborne pathogens.
Working knowledge of OSHA standards and practices. EPA/OSHA Certification preferred, but not required.
Possession of a valid Driver's License (not suspended, revoked or canceled, or disqualified from driving).
Salary and Benefits:
Vicmead Hunt Club offers a generous compensation package including salary, bonus, and a benefits package that is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
$80,000 - $100,000/Year
