The 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent reports directly to the Lead Assistant Superintendent. He or she will be responsible for the correct calibration, mixing and application of all fertilizers and pesticides applied to greens, tees, fairways, rough and any other areas as directed by the Superintendent and/or Lead Assistant Superintendent.  He or she will assist in the direction of the staff and team members, and complete related work as required.   Job Expectations Include: Assist in implementing the agronomic plan developed by the Golf Course Superintendent Must be a self-starter that can work independently and efficiently with limited supervision Highly motivated, team-oriented
