As a Superintendent, you are responsible for the operation of the golf course setup and maintenance. We are looking for a "working" Superintendent who leads, teaches his/her employees by example. Not just driving around in a golf cart. You will work to create an environment where staff is fully trained with each job, involved and enthusiastic, and open line of communications to the staff. You will become the Superintendent of the golf course. Responsibilities: Responsible for all phases of Golf Maintenance and Agronomic operations, cost control, and monitoring time sheets of personnel Work closely with, advise, and report to the Director of Golf on (ALL) issues related to golf course maintenance
