Job Summary The organization currently needs skilled individuals who can fulfill the requirements of an Equipment Mechanic Supervisor. This role involves carrying out highly skilled mechanical maintenance, inspection, and necessary repairs on small to medium-sized gas or diesel engines, as well as on various departmental equipment such as gators, snow blowers, excavators, and similar machinery, and/or stationary equipment located within facilities. Furthermore, this role functions as the supervisor for the equipment shop or area, overseeing assigned equipment mechanics, seasonal personnel, or contractors as necessary.
