The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent in responsible for day-to-day operations, applications, and reports directly to the golf course superintendent.   A self motivating individual, team leader, being able to diagnose turf problems, and some mechanical knowledge is necessary to be an integral part of the Agronomy team.  The assistant superintendent may serve in the superintendent's capacity during their absence.   Warm season grass experience a plus.  Course is Platinum Paspalum with TifEagle greens built in 2023. Participate in the daily monitoring of putting greens using POGO. Possession of a valid driver's license. Current state certification or licensing as a pesticide applicator, 6 months to attain license.
