Oyster Harbors Club is looking for a highly motivated and team driven candidate that possesses the fundamentals needed to maintain a golf course and its team at a championship level.  The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Superintendent and 3 other Assistants in all facets of the job to provide a better understanding of golf course practices, communication, time management, leadership and teamwork.  Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to fertilizer and pesticide applications, IPM and scouting, water management, course set-up, irrigation repair and installation, and daily course maintenance.  The goal of this position is to develop a steward of sustainable golf course management and provide the candidate with the foundational skills, network and philosoph
