Position Summary: Our client is seeking an Estate Manager who is an experienced professional and with outstanding leadership skills. The Estate Manger will assume 360-degree responsibility for an expansive property just outside Boston, MA. The client prefers candidates with a hands-on, service mentality who have successfully overseen a variety of teams, projects, and vendors. The primary focus is managing the upkeep and maintenance of the property and leading the established team. The right candidate has an East Coast-focused knowledge of turf management and plants. Some understanding of equestrian facilities and operations is preferred but not required.   Responsibilities: Assume global r
