The Assistant In Training (AIT) is a professional within the turfgrass industry who is seeking further development and mentoring in the Golf Course Management business. The goal of the AIT position is to develop advanced knowledge of the entire golf course maintenance operation while honing skills. The AIT is critical to the success of the operation as this individual will develop a diverse amount of skills and assist within the many different roles of the department.  The AIT will be responsible in supervising subordinate staff and making critical decisions throughout the maintenance operation.  Supervising subordinate staff on special projects, general maintenance an
